Position 1: Project Manager                                                                                                                   

Managed installation projects of company’s Integrated Enterprise Clinical Patient Care System (Ulticare/Patient1/Misys CPR) at national and international hospital sites. These projects' budgets ranged from $3 to $7 Million and their time frames are from 6 months to 1 year. My project team consisted of a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 team members. I also functioned as the technical sales support agent when needed, performing activities such as: organizing our representation at symposiums, identifying leads for sales staff, sales demonstrations and prospective client follow-ups. In the absence of new clients, I managed several installed customers, generating consulting services and hardware revenue, and maintaining customer satisfaction.  Responsibilities included the management of: project plan development, resource identification, hardware acquisition and setup, network setup, software installation, database customization, quality assurance, integration testing, and live transition.  Additionally I have managed and/or participated in the development and deployment of new Oracle/Oracle discoverer and Vista, the Java based solutions, which are to be deployed throughout our customer base.

Position 2: Clinical Analyst/Implementation Consultant                                                                            

Installed Ulticare® /Patient1/Misys CPR, an “Integrated Enterprise Patient Care System” at various hospitals.  Duties included: Workflow analysis/document development, customizing of the database and Go-live implementation.  My main module was the Order Communication Module (ancillaries/Orders Management), however I have assisted with Nursing, Reg/ADT, Scheduling, Radiology and Laboratory module installations.  Additionally, I have installed the Java based Vista Desktop.  I was promoted from Associate Installation Analyst to Installation Analyst in only one year, which usually took about three years.

Position 1: Part Time Engineering Services Assistant                                                                                   

  • Managed hospital's telecommunications system, including reporting and programming of hardware and software.
  • Developed and managed small database applications such as hospital maintenance work order system, preventive maintenance and repair program using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic 3.0.
  • Microcomputer hardware and software technical support.  I was also in charge of researching, evaluating, testing and recommending turnkey clinical and administrative applications that were being considered for the facility’s use.
  • Arrange and negotiate contracts, pricing and bidding with outside services for repairs, purchases, building modifications and acquisition of electronic instruments/equipment and software.
  • Maintain close communication with all department managers regarding their maintenance, telecommunications, marketing and regulatory requirements as it related to the overall mission and objectives of the facility.

Position 2: Weekend Coordinator       

Functioned as Staffing Coordinator, Admitting Officer also maintained patients' paper and partially computerized charts to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations; and communicated all billable services to business office.

I obtained the qualification letter to take the PMP Certification Exam , and will schedule to take exam in the near future.



Arabic and French, reading, writing, speaking and an excellent ability to quickly learn new languages if needed.  Currently in the process of learning Spanish as well.
